My Story

At the age of 26, after graduating from business school and spending 10 years working in logistics and operations, I began to feel a deep sense of meaninglessness and boredom. During an intense period of stress at Ford Motors, a company I truly loved, these feelings only intensified. In an effort to find relief, I decided to try yoga to relax and see what it was all about.

After attending one transformative class that combined a physically demanding practice with deep spirituality rooted in Tibetan Buddhism, I was shocked. I remember thinking, "If my dad had attended a class like this, he would still be alive." My dad had passed away after struggling with severe depression during the economic crisis in Argentina in 2002. Tragically, he took his own life.

This experience inspired me to immediately enroll in the same yoga school where that teacher had trained, with the hope that I could be prepared to help others—like my dad—who might need this healing path. After two years of study, I emerged deeply transformed. I made the decision to leave the business world behind and fully embrace yoga teaching, dedicating myself to a new career.

Since then, I’ve continued to study and deepen my understanding, exploring a variety of yoga styles and teachers, as well as meditation. I’m eternally grateful to all the teachers I’ve encountered along the way, starting with Susana Flekinstein, who was recommended to me by Felicitas Bidonde; Carola Terrini and Laura Aristobel of Kaladanda Yoga School; and the Instituto Buddhadharma, where I continue my studies in Buddhism—a journey I plan to pursue for life.

Now, with this website, I hope to help you find movement, presence, meaning, love, compassion, and insight into the true causes of happiness and suffering. My goal is to offer support to anyone who needs it and guide them toward the healing that transformed my life.
